Term & Condition

1. Delivery service and pick up minimum rental period of matic bikes is 3 days.
2. It is not permitted to drive the vehicle outside the Bali island without approval of the Aloha bike rental. To approval a trip outside the Bali island, it is necessary to send whatsapp to +62 821-4642-9898.
3. The renter can not give the vehicle to be driven by any other person.
4. The MotorBikeRental Bali company is obliged to provide helmets for the renter with working belt
5. In case of the helmets or any extra items are lost or broken, the Aloha will charge the renter according to the value of new items.
6. In case of the vehicle key is lost the Aloha will charge the renter IDR 150.000 (USD 15).
7. case of the vehicle documents are lost the Aloha company will charge the renter IDR 1. 000.000 (USD 75).
8. Aloha operational time 9am-5pm
9. The Aloha is not liable to damage, loss, injury, and death sustained by the hirers riding the motorbikes or there pillion riders and other people involved in accidents. The Aloha is not liable for failure to perform our obligation caused by issues beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to act of God, power failure, fire, flood, epidemic disease, war, riot, and terrorism. The MotorBikeRental Bali company is not liable to any illegal conduct or actions against the law of the Republic of Indonesia.
